i love testing my 1rm for the day.
Granted, 1rm for the day will never be your actual all out max. But it gives you good estimate of your power level, very helpfull if your training is autoregulated.

For example for any given day, i work up to my 1rm on a lift (1rm for that day, doesnt have to be my personal best) then calculate percentage off of it for my working sets.

That way you rarely lose reps in working sets, and its always challenging enough

Eric Bugenhagen has shown me such way of training and desu i love it.

Doesnt need autistic spreadsheet for percentages, just 1rm calculator on phone is enough

Mostly Heavy weighted Pull-ups after main lifts.
60kg x 3 was all time pr but but current working weight is 25kg for 3 sets of 8.

I also do Pendlay rows as an accessory to diddly I find as weight goes up on Pendlay i can stay a lot tighter scapular retraction wise.

Crazy strength for an 18y/o you are going to be a monster in mid 20's if you keep training without major injury

when i was beginning i was squatting similar numbers and i felt like "goddamn theres no way ill squat more weight than that"

just few weeks later of squatting and eating i was past 2 pl8.

few months later iw as doing 3pl8 for singles, and 2pl8 for 20 reps

I have that feel right now bro, I feel like I can't get to 2pl8, thanks for the advice tho, I feel a little better.
