Fiber food thread

Help guys I eat so much protein it is painful to poop so obviously I need more fiber.

Do you have some easy fiber solution that is not pic related? Preferably low calories as I'm cutting at the moment.

Drink more water when you eat protein. I upped fiber but it didn't help much.

just eat a handful of small rocks like an alligator

Literally this.

Birds eat small rocks to help grind seeds

Fuckin lucky mate. Love fresh figs but they're so damn expensive

>t. Brainlet

I used to have this problem until I started taking powdered fiber along with Probiotic and magnesium.

Almonds.
Shit like a king.

Asparagus is great fiber and also a prebiotic. The bacteria in your gut love to eat it and it will help them increase in number and make movements more regular. Plus it's tasty!

lentils

reminder: there are two types of fibers

It’s not your fiber intake that’s an issue. It’s your lack of water. Fiber helps you shit but has nothing to do with how hard your shit is. Water leads to softer shit.

Drink more water faggot.

Can you explain?

rolled oats, add some ground flax seed as well.

This. A teaspoon or two a day keeps constipation at bay.
