Do shoulder shrugs for traps as heavy as you possibly can until failure.

For traps you lock them in chastity and put them in thigh high striped socks

for delts i do ohp, lateral raises and facepulls and for traps i do shrugs

im struggling with delts desu

For delts, the standing military press is critical. The Arnold press is the best follow up to the SMP for a secondary strength/size movement. Those Arnold presses may then be followed up with any lateral raise variant for maximal mass development and pump

Traps are best developed through the farmer's walk. The PROPER POWER SHRUG (not those dumb bodybuilder 'shrugs') are a decent movement for anyone performing the clean, but are otherwise unnecessary

rear delts (most important part of the shoulder by far):
rear delt swings
wide grip underhand rows to lower chest
dumbell rear delt row
snatch grip yates row (wide grip activates the rear delts and upper back incredibly effectively)
snatch grip deadlift
snatch grip rackpull

front delts:
Z-Press
PAUSED Overhead Press
Seated Overhead Press

spend time in the BOTTOM position of your overhead pressing movements. get strong off the bottom.

side delts:
crucifix holds
lateral raises
power lateral raises (use leg momentum to swing the weight up, only do these once a week tho and know your limits)
resistance band lateral raises

Front raise 3x12 at ~70% 1RM wrists sideways like you're jerking off), turn them horizontal and bring in side delts when you approach failure, then do those to failure

lateral raises 10-14 x 3-4

rear delt raises x whatever it takes to get visible pump

upright rows 2-3x12

seated overhead press machine ?x?

pushups to get additional pump

ohp and low facepulls for delts, trap bar frame carries for distance and 10+ rep deadlifts

Yes and stretch front delts. But that alone won't help you actively have to keep a good posture even if it may feel uncomfortable.
