Is 1/2/3/4 for reps or singles?

For reps

For singles

Since the concept originates from a strength standpoint it's for singles.

Sips

how many reps?

yes

For couples. Or as we call them here on Veeky Forums, dubs.

For ringles

Initially for 1RM is on average a good goals, but eventually those numbers should be for warm up or work sets

5 is good

>who cares?

more than one.

It's singles.

Two people with the same 5rm may not have the same 1rm, based on where their weak points are on a given lift, and based on their limb lengths and leverages.

10x10

you take your bodyweight and multiply it by 1.5

So a 200 lb person would have to 1rm 300 press, 600 bench, 900 squat etc

about tree fiddy

Reps for it to be impressive at all.

What is the female equivalent of 1/2/3/4?

1/2/3/4

I can't help but feel a woman is going to need roids or a very high body weight to achieve those numbers.

Bro I once heard a chick count to 32. It's really not that hard

0.5/1.5/2.25/3/

Singles, but you aren't a real man unless you make it your working weight. No one gives a shit about your awful form 1 rep max anyways

40kg/70kg/100kg/120kg are respectable stats for a woman imo.

I doubt many (amateur) women will ever reach 1.5plate bench, unless they weigh 70kg themselves. You have them bench triple the amount they OHP.

"FIVES"

I'd say
0.5/1/2/2.5

40KG (88lb) / 60KG (135lb) / 100KG (225lb) / 120KG (270lb)

>tfw manlet but I can flat bench over double my body weight at 1rm.

When will I learn.
