It's SL with a few aux (curls, triceps rope, shoulder raises, etc) thrown in at the end, and 3 series of DL instead of 1.

Make your own dup or do nuckols 3x int med for your bench from 28freeprograms which should help you milk out a lot of gainz. Other than that, eat and sleep.
