Your BMI is 17.2, giving you an underweight BMI. Try picking up heavy things and putting them down while eating some more food and you won't look like an emaciated child.

Coming from someone whos 6'2 and used to weigh 130lbs, you need to gain weight. 150 is probably the minimum for being healthy at that height

I started at 7 k from nothing.

I’m very heavy. I was a great runner at 170lbs now I’m 230. Imagine putting a 60 lbs in a back pack and run with it, see how hard it is.
I’m cutting towards 10% bf which would put me around 190. While I won’t be at my old level, I think I’ll do much better
