What mode do you want to achieve?

Who here forget to eat?

I'm 6ft and about 165lbs (76kg) and I'm trying to bulk up. I don't have a problem eating food but a lot of the time I just simply forget to eat food because my body never feels hungry.

Working towards ottermode at the moment.

Somewhere between ripped and built because I would probably KMS if I couldn't switch between marathons one season and /owg/ the next

How do I become a bear? I've been losing weight since Jan but never done any weight lifting. This is the body I want. Currently 240 down from 290. Is it diet? Excerise?

How is that even a question? You have to lift extremely heavy with dedication. If you want to look like the guy in that picture roids are also a good idea.

What about diet? Also what kind of workout?
