just looking at pic and being the same height i'm gonna guess 155-160lbs, 1-2 years lifting or less with athletic background

lean bulk. cutting will waste time just for the sake of a six pack while gaining nowhere near the muscle you could have in a caloric surplus during your first 6-12 months.

M-heavy squat, light bench, light deadlift
T-cardio, biceps, skullcrushers, face pulls
W-rest
T-heavy deads, heavy bench, biceps, face pulls
F-light squats-light bench, a few extra sets of bicep curls
I take off weekends for now, though I'll change things up jan-march
I didn't start with a strength routine, unfortunately. goofed around with a brosplit for a few years, and it got me mediocre gains. I recommend PPL until you have a good idea of what you're doing/what you need to work on.
