Of course they do. Cheetahs max out at like 90 pounds and are built for completely different means of killing. Hyenas can exceed 180 pounds and are built to chew down bone to get to the marrow. A fairer comparison would be a Leopard vs a Hyena which have more similar builds and are in the same weight range.
