Do more assistance work for your chest. Everybody is different user. Maybe you have long arms making it harder for you. Maybe you just started out with imbalanced chest/shoulders.

But the answer to how to get a body part up that is lacking is often to work it harder or do more assistance work for it. And if that doesn't work either, deload and/or change up routine.

to be honest tho, i haven't put all these stats together ever before

when i did my 225 OHP, i wouldn't have been able to do the 275 incline bench, and vice versa

definitely couldn't do the chin ups and rows at the same time

Well i'm running SS. When i warm up and get to my working set i load up my previous weight to see if i progressed and it's still just as heavy as last time, i barely get 5 reps in, repeat. Once i felt that it has gotten a tad bit easier i add 5 lbs and its heavy again. Should i just add 5 lbs every time even though my form will crumble and i'll end up with no quality reps?
