Anyone here went from low T bitch to above average T levels naturally? How did/do you feel before and after?

anyone here went from low T bitch to above average T levels naturally? How did/do you feel before and after?

What steps did you take?

That guy has two Adam's apples

this faggot looks like a combination of Jim Carrey and Brad Pit.

No

No one did. Ever. No one made a significant change in their testosterone level naturally. Ever.

Injecting is IT. STOP MAKING THIS THREAD EVERY DAY

>getting my hormone panel tested next week
very interested to see what my levels are.. probably gonna pin regardless though

Depends what significant is to you. Going from low 200s to high 600s is definately possible through lifestyle changes

Is it?

Going to need a source on that

Yes. Are you new to this shit or something?

How about you try it yourself? Theres no wah you should have low t unless you have a medical condition or you aren’t lifting jack shit, have shit diet, lack sleep or a mix of all

I know that I don't have low test, I just want to see some evidence that it's possible to naturally raise your test to high 600s if you start at low 200s.

and a fucking bowlcut, he looks like one of those retards from that movie about two retards

If you’re low 200s without a medical condition then your lifestyle must be complete garbage with no physical activity. 600s range t levels are average for a healthy male in his 20-30s. Why would you think otherwise?

hes from a 90s band called the redhots chily pepper

I'll actually contribute instead of just shit posting. I went from 5% BF low-test anorexic cardio fag to lifting, eating clean & big, and starting taking vitamins. The difference was absurd, I went from low energy, no libido, and sad to high energy, high sex drive, and a large increase to optimism and happiness across the board. Seriously, if you think you're low test and have tried everything to increase it naturally, see a doctor and try to get test.

same here. do you have any reason to think you have low test? im just curious about my levels since its hard for me to gain unless im putting on a lot of fat as well, other than that i dont have any problems

I’m currently at 410 due to not lifting for almost a year and eating processed food and horrible sleeping patterns.

Do i still have hope if i change all that?

If you've been on this site for a while you should know that stupid threads will be made everyday asking the same stupid questions and are answered with the same answers used every time

I'd absolutely say so, start eating clean, lifting heavy, and taking vitamins, take a plethora of shit, but I know zinc and magnesium are great for increasing test.

lower body fat will also raise test because either aromatase is produced in fat cells or test aromatizes in fat cells. not sure which

Is a multi enough to get enough of all these?

your father and brother ?

no. get ZMA and dont take it with calcium. im not that guy, so i would advise against multis unless youre not actually going to eat healthier, because multis have been associated with increased risk for cancer

>zinc and magnesium are great for increasing test

They improve mood decently, and energy a bit, but clinical trials show they do not significantly raise testosterone.

What vitamins should you be taking in pill form then?

ZMA
vitamin D if you dont get out in the sun too often or tan
maybe fish oil, but i think its cheaper just to eat fish considering the amount that comes in a pill

other than that i cant think of any other vitamins that you shouldnt reasonably be able to get somewhere else. if youre worried the rest of your diet wont give you enough of something, just eat some liver. tons of protein, cheap as dirt, and a ridiculous amount of vitamins. just dont eat it every day cause too much vitamin A will fuck you up

Zma gives you crazy dreams from what ive heard. Might give it a try though because currently my sleep is shit

it definitely promotes better sleep. id also recommend 3mg time-released melatonin for better sleep too

Stupid question but is the zma safe to take every night as in my body not getting “addicted” per-se?

theres nothing that could be addictive, and there will be no negatives upon stopping. note that zinc is a heavy metal that accumulates in the body though; people who exercise regularly need more than those that dont, so if you dont id recommend doing some research on it to know that the amount you consume over time is safe. honestly i think it would take more than the pills have over a really long time, but i thought it might be worth mentioning

I never got blood work done, but I'm pretty sure that's what I did. Maybe two years ago now I had a handful of things going on that could have negatively affected my hormones. I was a vegetarian skeleton, didn't pay attention to eating a balanced diet and was probably nutritionally deficient in a handful of ways. I was a daily all day pot smoker, I've since read that chronic daily pot use can affect test levels and sperm count. I had a shitty defeated mindset and bad posture, no masculine friends, no competition. I fapped to video porn probably daily, and was passive/submissive with the women in my life. The only exercise I got was skateboarding. Always wore long sleeves, pants and hat, ensuring I got as little vitamin D as possible.

Started getting better when I started Keto, but now I do %70 Fat %15 Protien %15 Carbs, with bassically intermittent fasting (10hr eating window). Diet was probably a significant factor in changing for the better, but so was mindset. I read a book called "The Way of Men" and stopped being cynical about masculinity. I got my friends together and got us boxing and challenging each other physically. I started standing up straight and being more assertive. I started being more aggressive with the girl I was seeing. I started going on solo backpacking trips in the desert on my weekends, which eventually got me into running everyday; now I run shirtless so I soak up that vitamin D. I got into lifting, starting by just doing heavy farmers walks with a trap bar. I quit the weed and was constantly extremely angry for about two weeks after.
I don't have any evidence that my test levels change, but I was limp dicked and timid before, as well as very depressed. I went from 165lbs at 6'4 to 195ish and still have mostly visible abs. Everyone close to me has noticed changes in my attitude, and I lost a few friends who wanted to stay cynical, stoned and skinny. I'd be very surprised to find out my T levels didn't go up

No, they did not get their consistent levels to change that way.

You can probably manipulate the tests to shill that you did it with perfect timing though

I do too

What if i just start eating oysters 1-2 times a week? They have lots of zinc

Got tested not to long ago and had 860 fuck yeah.

>tfw you have a giant cyst in the skin directly over top of your adams apple and it creepily swerves around the round shape to follow people you turn your head to

yes. i finished puberty.

if you change your lifestyle you can change your health.

you can also take roids to speed up the process.

How the fuck do you guys all test your t levels? Do you go to doctors for bloodtest always? I live in the UK we have free healthcare which means we have no healthcare so I can't do that

Yes, first half of puberty (11-14) I was extremely low and second half(15-18) I was freakishly high, I had the fastest Noobgains in my highschool out of anyone that did anything athletic period. I mostly did it with Nofap cycles and Insane autistic level focus on diet, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and nutrient loads and balances.

People underestimate the shit out of Diet and Nutrition.

I don't have the actual numbers cause I was young but if I had to guess Id say at around 13 I was probably like 250ng/dl-ish.

At 14, probably 300 tops.

The first half of 15 was pre-Nofap and before I started giving a shit in life when I was obese and did nothing but video-games and jerk it to fetish porn 3 times a day but then I discovered Nofap and went on a craze trying to find myself through intense self improvement, at the end of the second half my test was probably like 700-900.

At 16 I went even more apes hit and kept fine-tuning my stuff, got a super deep understanding of the human body and made it my WOMD for a whole year until my noob gains had significantly slowed. On an average day my test was easily 800-1200 and maybe a tad higher on a good Nofap streak.

17 and 18 are basically the same thing just slower increments cause you can only do so much natty.

niggas got himself an adams pear

>nobody has ever lost weight

Tell me how you got all your nutrients. Just a basic rundown pls

A lot of places here in America you can get one without doctor's orders for about $100. Most blood testing labs take walk-ins here, idk what it's like in Britain but it's worth looking in to.

Scooby's website tells that testosterone almost peaks at 17. My voice only started changing at 16. Currently I'm 20 with best result 340. Trying small doses of Clomid on my own (25mg EOD together with 0.125 Arimidex) to maybe help my levels to raise and hope to stay on that number. Will do bloods in a few weeks. 4-5 year since my voice started changing. 1 year as I haven't grown a single cm and got bit hair on stomach and tights. Is there a hope I can still have normal levels or puberty is over? By the way, have gyno for 6 years, currently had painful breast and all blood results came normal (except lowish testosterone 340 (280-900)). All symptoms of low T, haven't had morning wood at least for a year now

>scooby

stopped reading there

I spent hours trying to find studies on teenagers (either LH or testosterone) but it didn't provide any good information and they tracked these kids for maximum 1 year. Other sources were very vague as I needed numbers, not words on how can shit happen now or later.

Also these extra details were for Tanner stages. It looks like it's over for me. Google doesn't provide what I need and endocrinologists said they have no idea how these hormones bounce during puberty. So I assigned Tanner stages to testosterone averages and it puts me to the very end. Also, these averages were vague as well that doesn't explain when it really peaks or they consider 300 as speak to someone. Wanted to add something else but forgot, it's 4am :/

that bowlcut makes him look like jim carrey from dumb and dumber LOL

thyroglossal cyst? I have that too but its like half the size of an M&M thank God

Lmao. "Dumb and dumber."

I did it. It might be age related, but when I was 14 my test levels were around 200 ng/dl (total). After working out for several years and putting on weight, taking vitamin d, sleeping, etc., my test rose to 670 when I was 16.

This Russian guy loves this haircut for some reason.
