Right bc it looks like you're jacking off two guys at the same time no homo

I've often wondered this myself, so I just do both. A set of 10-15 of the right followed by a superset of 10-15 of the left.

I find that the one on the right works your rear delts more, whereas the one on the left works your upper back and rear delts evenly.

right is fucking retarded and will fuck up your rotators, unnecessary pressure on joints is not exactly a good idea and that right picture looks like a fuckload of unnecessary pressure on joints. too high, pulling too much to the back.

so left.

right.

middle.

this guy says to do it like in the right

opinions?

@ 3:06

The right has more external rotation, basically the best thing for you joints, and also activates more rear delt.

This. Gives the humerus more space, literally a shoulder rehab/prehab exercise. Left keeps the shoulder partially internally rotated and could lead to impingement, right does not.

When you do shit like that you always want your elbows to be higher than your hands. So left. Otherwise you are risking damage needlessly.

But that's wrong

Soooo no clear answer?

see

right

>these are the redditspacers giving advice

fuck face pulls
do rear delt flyes and upright rows

>Reddit spacing

Can we just fucking kill this meme already? What kind autistic fuck is bothered this shit?

oldfags and ppl who genuinely despise redditfags like myself

>reddit spacing again

made me kek 9/10

IGNORE THIS FUCKING IDIOT!!! Left is the one fucking your joints. Jesus Christ the level of fucking retardedness on this board is astonishing

>What kind autistic fuck is bothered this shit?
You are a long way from home.

Right hits rear delts and RC slightly more and traps slightly less.
Left hits traps slightly more, and rear delts and RC slightly less.

have you ever tried a face pull?

exact opposite of what ive heard

Maybe the left one is trying to imitate the barbell exercise?

I've never seen anyone do right example at the gym, but I'll have to give it a try next time.

How am i supposed to stay standing straight, pulling the entire stack in (left) style?

Right is the only right answer

Left foot forward, lean back and stay in position

Not saying that left is an optimal/better method though

Right. You'll want to be doing a double bicep pose at the end of the movement.

I do left so I hope thats the right way

do this instead

>that form
>turning high rows in to SLDL
0/10 even for a pol poster
