i am also currently drinking the juice of a whole onion (will continue to do so for the next 20 days and report on it), 1/4th of a beet, carrots, apples, pears, kale and garlic per day because why the fuck not, my latvian genes mean i can basically live on dirt anyways

Someone who has been sedentary a good chunk of his life who then completely changes his lifestyle can increase their T levels a pretty good amount where they would feel the difference.
They may be able to change their waking serum testosterone by about 80-100ng/dl which is okay but still not worth shit if you're down in the 2-400s

I was at 690 ng/dl when I took my blood tests last year when I was on point with my nutrition and lifts.
I stopped completely for almost a year after that and when I did blood tests again I was at 390. With a poor diet and lack of exercise.

There is no magic trick to increase test. There is no diet, food, or drink that increases testosterone.
THE ONLY thing you can do is lose weight if you are overweight and exercise more, but the testosterone increase from those things is not massive.

First off this is some random guy's blog not a science article. Second, we don't when when he took his measurements. Considering an average person's test fluctuates from 400s to 800s in a single day this makes a huge difference. Thirdly, how did he measure the levels? Was it at a clinic or some shitty home test he got off the internet.
You may be able to slightly move the numbers as most hormones respond in some amount to changes in lifestyle. But you won't notice a difference except for the benefits of the habits you've created or stopped. IE you feel better now that you get more sleep.

You may think this is because it was ranned for only a week. True but you're not going to get a group of people to volunteer to be sleep deprived longer than that. You would have to use correlations studies were you lose your cause and effect ability. Even then, most show slight differences.

So in general, if you're an obese male that sleeps for 4 hours then changing your life style could at best give you a 165 increase (assuming the effects are additive though I highly doubt they are).
As you can see, we're still far from a 380 to 827 increase so I'm assuming his increase was mostly from one of the three beginning confounding factors I listed.
Lastly I'll admit all of this was very short terms but again there is no long term laboratory studies only correlarional which also show very modest differences.
