I'm 19, 5'10" 150 (68kg)

I'm not fat but I have some extra weight. I can do 4x10 (4 reps) pull ups / chin ups and I can monkey around on a bar.

Is it too late for me? Will going to the gym even be of any use now? What should I do if I do go?
