I'm starting it but I'm considering switching to 3x8.

On the bench and OHP I do 3x8, and on incline 3x12.

Do a 3x full body
PPL is sub par because you are only training everything twice. Same with U/L and any other shitty brosplit.

You can tweak U/L and PPL to hit everything thrice, no need to do those fucking awful full body programs

PPL hit upper body 4 times a week.
How is that not enough?

You are doing half of your upper body on pull days (back and bis) and the other half on push days (chest shoulders tris)
