Can I get a body fat estimate? I started lifting 3-3.5 months ago and went from 155 to 175 within that time.

I feel really fat and sluggish.

1RMs:
Bench - 253 lbs
OHP - 155 lbs
Deadlift - Not sure. Lower back issues, can't go heavy.
Squat - Not sure. Still practicing form. Last workout was 225 x 5

Don't recall exactly but the earliest #s in my tracking app show:

Bench: 3x4-6 150lb
OHP: 3x4-6 100lb

Not sure on deadlift and squat. I just put on whatever weight was comfortable and did 3 to 4 sets of 10-12 reps.

I've never cut before. My TDEE is 2500. Should I be eating 2000 or less? What's a normal cutting deficit?

Also I think I might have gyno but it's not very visible from the front.

From the side my pecs just look like saggy tits.

A lot of people confuse having gyno when they are at a high bodyfat

Did greyskull LP for maybe a month and then switched to 2suns 5/3/1 4 day, then 5 day.
