Just happened

>46.75 kg press (3x5)
>133 kg deadlift (1x5)

congrats nigga

>46,75 kg press
...I hope you are not talking about benchpress

Thanks. Might celebrate with some takeaway for dinner
I'm not

>he doesn't about the Press™

Tried belt for the first time at 110kg working sets. Crushed them easily after struggling on monday at same weight.

Oh, you mean overhead press...
With 133 deadlift? The fuck is wrong with you. That should be at least 60

Congrats op.
>tfw 60 kg ohp but only 120 kg diddly

I'm bottom-heavy
Thanks. Impressive OHP

you have long way to come op

>4pl8 diddly for reps but cant bench 2pl8 for single

How'd you get past 48kg man, been stuck at it for weeks. The first time I did it I started at 24kg and it was nothing but upping the weight every session, but once I hit 46kg it's been dragging since, and 48 is like fucking stuck. First and only lift I'm stalling on but damn man it's frustrating, I want that 60kg OHP so damn bad.

Congrats user.
If a belt helped you that much, please work more on leg raises or ab wheel - some kind of horrible ab shit with a static component.

t. 2/3/4/5

Form videos, a belt, different rep ranges and several deloads. I did triples (3x3) after being stuck on 55 kg for a while and made progress that way. Learning to utilize lean back and leg drive is crucial. Good luck.

>over head press
>leg drive

Sorry, foreigner here. If your glutes and quads are not giving you big oak tree foundation you will wobble and fail on standing ohp. Maybe leg drive is the wrong term, but they should not be taken out of the equation.

What are you talking about? I didn't mention a belt.

Good on you brother, keep going

...

Thought you were Still, do more painful ab shit.

tfw 45kg press when 105kg squat

that's perfectly proportional
60 kg ohp is far better than a lmao 133kg deadlift

getting tight is proper term

if you use leg drive its not longer strict press its just push press

>Learning to utilize lean back
>on OHP

So you're doing an Olympic Press, then?

Are those numbers next to the lifts supposed to be weights, they don't make any sense.

Agreed, getting tight for stabilization. Thanks.

should have worked out at the library

No
symmetricstrength.com

Oh no, just slight lean back to help bar path. I read about it in Ripps ss book I think.

>70kg OHP for 3 yesterday
>not much longer and I will do my first bodyweight OHP
>feela fucking good

Same, I cant pass 100kg dead but I can do 50kg in ohp.

We the same OP breh

T-rex master race!

>195 lbs Bench 5x5, Superset with 10x 70lbs dumbbell rows
>205 back squat 5x5 with good form and flat feet for first time ever

I'm going to crush 1/2/3/4 before summer, guys. Just gotta keep slamming protein.

No, my squat is horrendous, sub-bench. My deadlift is just off the scale.
