I did these with about 2.5pl8 and they feel fantastic honestly, instead of that soreness you get from a fucked up good morning squat or a rounded deadlift it's a different, more pleasant feeling on the lower back.

Paused low bars 165kg 6 sets followed by high bar feet forward close stance squats 6 sets at 90kg
