SS is very upfront about being more about progress and gains in lifting numbers and not aesthetics.

Went great for Chloe Grace Moretz.

really does, NO ONE ever posts their progress pics on SS/SL/GSLP. get memed faggots

probably because those are programs you run for 3-6 months and no one makes fantastic aesthetics gains in that time frame.

OP has a point though

he literally has no point. SS is a strength program, and everyone who does it shares their lifting stats progress, and guess what? They've all made substantial strength gains on a novice strength program. Who would have fucking thought.

Yeah, but they'll go all "you're only supposed to use it for (insert small number of months here)" or "SS is for strength(lol it's actually a laughing stock) not aesthetics(faggots/dykes with gay hair)" while shilling to to everyone who even looks in the general direction of a gym or a barbell no matter what their goal is.

No one will show their bodies because they'll get instantly blown out by calisthenics/curlbros who lead moderately active lives and or play a sport of some kind.
The only people who look presentable after doing those programs are obviously on gear or are outright lying about what they did while on the program

>They've all made substantial strength gains on a novice strength program
Sure, they also look like shit thanks to an absurd caloric surplus and daily gallons of milk, which explains the lack of progress pics.
If that's your goal fine, but SS shouldn't be the standard recommendation for everyone.

Yeah. Squatting 3 times per week, with barely any upper body volume will ruin your physique for the first 2 years of lifting.
You literally waste your noobgains on legsize. It took me almost 1 1/2 years to undo SS t-rex mode and bring my upper body up... I would never recommend SS to people who only want to gain size. Fuck strength anyways. No one gives a fuck outside of the gym how much you lift... its all looks

OP said nothing about aesthetics.

Wtf is the point of progress pics, retard?

...

>talks about visual results aka progress pics
>nothing about aesthethics

Is ss for wymyns exclusively then?

Impressive false flag attempt.
But seriously, it's considered shit for actual strength and you'll look like trash after doing it for a while.
People want three things when going to a gym.
To build their bodies so they can live a better longer life, the main reason
SS doesn't care about this.
It's a toy program that's a rip off of a good program for highschool athletes to play around with in the off season

To build a good looking body
SS is not good for that as we've all established

To hang out
No one who takes SS seriously is going to be very personable in the gym

The people who go to the gym/lift and has nothing else to their life outside of that are the tiniest percentage of people.
And they will laugh at you if you plopped this program down in front of them.

>how do I google SS results hurr

You clearly don't know anything about SS. 6k calories is if you want to run it for 6 months. Novices are fine to run it for 1-3 months at around +20% TDEE

>get fatter
>lift more

so strong

>6k
>not absurd
Olympic swimmers go from 8k to 12k and move all fucking day, add to that accessory gym exercises.

Nice b8. Have a (You)

Who the fuck looks good after lifting for 6-8 months on ANY program? It takes years to build your physique
