I fucking hate planks, but I do them on off-days anyway for dat dere core strength and so I can attract (and subsequently tease and reject) thots at the beach after my cut.

Barbell rows. I fucking hate them. Easily the most awful lift of them all.

Forward lunges. I have small feet and my balance is awful. It always feels like I'm about to twist my ankle.

Do side planks make your hips wider? I feel like they're the best type of plank since they destroy my sides, but it looks like my hips are getting bigger maybe it's all in my head.
