No gains noob to lifting?

So I have been trying to lift for the past 2 months but havent made any gains. Why? Diet?
I eat like an apple and oatmeal every morning and loads of celery.

Gain muscle. I am 5'4 and 118lbs. I dont know how many calories and aa for program i just bench 30lbs for 4 reps in 2 sets twice a week. I also do squats and handstands

You need to eat protein you dummy. Advice for femanons is as follows:
Calculate your tdee at tdeecalculator.net
>IF FAT
Eat 250-500 cal deficit, eat .8g-1g protein per lb of body weight
>IF NOT FAT
Eat at maintenance, 1-1.2g protein per lb of body weight

You should lift 3x-5x per week, and find a good routine... I don't know any grill routines, but I think chicks with upper body development are ugly as shit. So my advice is to only do a little arms/shoulders/chest. Do more legs, back stuff.

first of you have to eat PROTEIN the calories are irrelevant, only relevant if you want to reduce/build fat.
secondly, 2 sets won't do you much good.
people usually go 5 sets each 5 reps,, 5x5 so to say, start with this(unless you wanna deadlift, don't deadlift 5x5, 1x5 is enough).
find a program that targets all you muscles, or typically for girls, legs/butt.
recomended protein intake is 0.8g per lean kg of body mass, more won't hurt.

Glute thrust 8 reps with 3 sets
Over head press 8x4

Cardio

Make sure you add 5 pounds every time you complete all the sets with 8 reps
