You need to eat protein you dummy. Advice for femanons is as follows: Calculate your tdee at tdeecalculator.net >IF FAT Eat 250-500 cal deficit, eat .8g-1g protein per lb of body weight >IF NOT FAT Eat at maintenance, 1-1.2g protein per lb of body weight
You should lift 3x-5x per week, and find a good routine... I don't know any grill routines, but I think chicks with upper body development are ugly as shit. So my advice is to only do a little arms/shoulders/chest. Do more legs, back stuff.

come on nigger first of you have to eat PROTEIN the calories are irrelevant, only relevant if you want to reduce/build fat. secondly, 2 sets won't do you much good. people usually go 5 sets each 5 reps,, 5x5 so to say, start with this(unless you wanna deadlift, don't deadlift 5x5, 1x5 is enough). find a program that targets all you muscles, or typically for girls, legs/butt. recomended protein intake is 0.8g per lean kg of body mass, more won't hurt.
