I havent lifted a weight in my real life. I have been lucid dreaming for 4 months successfully. I have lived multiple lives in this time. I have learned so much, I am afraid to reveal. All ancient civilizations rose to their peak and made their discoveries this way. No man on earth would have mixed tin and copper to make to make bronze out of nowhere. This was introduced supernaturally. You can heal injuries and disease in your dreams and wake up in real life to find that your ailments are gone. It only occurred to me to lift weights in my dreams about 2 months ago. I dont ever take pictures of myself so I dont have a before but here were my stats. My most useful trick to start lucid dreaming was looking at my hands, that stabilized the dream when it started to get foggy and messy and it also worked as a signal to start lucid dreaming. Pinching my nose and seeing if i can still breath was also a good reality check to see if i'm dreaming

One of the many (Many) reasons this statement is fucking retarded is because different parts of your brain are devoted to different things.
There are parts of your brain used solely for regulating your body, like keeping your heart beating, you physically cannot use this part of your brain for anything else, it doesn't have the ability to be put towards any other kind of use. So the whole "Oh I can use 100% of my brain when X" is flat out impossible, the percentage of your brain doing mundane things like regulate your temperature will always be used for that and can never be repurposed for something else.

I forgot what I saw and experienced (maybe repression) but I remember being truly horrified by it. I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night, I knew the fear was irrational but I was so afraid to fall asleep and see it again that I used willpower to keep myself awake. I ended up just sleeping on the sofa for the rest of the vacation.
