I'm preparing a power point presentation for college

...cause I just woke up, my adductor is barking, my shoulder is inflamed, my lower back is tweaked and will have to be fully warmed up through the day, I need to eat and I need to complete some tasks first, one of which I'd like to be mounting that grill in OP's pic.

My knees and shoulders hurt, seems I went a bit too far on squats and OHP. Will probably have to do some machine fuckery tomorrow if it doesn't get much better.
