I take iron, zink, D3, magnesium and calcium. Also, generally, vegetarian and eat a ton of different veggies and fruit I rotate through the year.

All supplements are snake oil unless you are literally malnourished or diagnosed as deficient.

Take b12 if you're vegan. D3 if you live in the snow. That's fucking it. Everything else is fucking useless at best.

Testosterone cypionate works pretty well

just regular whey. if you have gut issues from it then go with isolate. but give it a week or two because some people cant take too much protien at first and need to get used to it
