Pre Jym. Only use preworkouts that don't use a proprietary blend if you must use a pre workout. Lifting 3-4 times a week seems to keep my body still susceptible to the benefits of it without getting too used to it.

Lots of pre workouts jam their supplements with ingredients such as beta alenine and niacin so you feel a flush/tingling and think it works. In addition if they don't list what and how much is in it then it could be a weak amount of active ingredients so your body gets quickly used to it and shocker, you have to buy more and more. Maybe try just caffiene tablets too?
