I had to take about 6months off from gym due to illness, just back to it yesterday and I have the worst DOMs of my life. Any suggestions or do I have to just man up?
Its mainly in my triceps but I can barely bend my arms

Memes aside, after so many time off, you should come back lifting lighter weights and progressively increasing everyday till you reach your usual weight , that way you won't feel any DOMS
