Best food to eat for poorfag

I am 5"6 and 170 pounds
>I think it is odd but maybe it is because I am a bigger guy for my height, my doctor said I wasn't overweight (he is also a fitness expert) I know that to you fags I am, I still think I am overweight as well.
He told me to eat 6 ounces of protein a day and 6-8 ounces of carbs every day.
>I cannot afford any of the supplements that he recommenced to me and that you fags would recommend me, they all cost 150, my budget is to tight for that.
What are the best types of foods for a poorfag that can substitute for whey protein, liquid carb drinks and multi vitamins, I think I might be able to get my protein intake but carbs are a mystery to me.
Workout plan:
>run for 20 minutes before breakfast
>eat protein related meal
>Later go to gym
>15 minute cardio before or after gym
(go to gym 5 days a week)
>work on one muscle each day
>Chest, Shoulders, arms, back, legs
>5 exercises for 50-60 minutes each day
>After workout eat carb related meal
>eat three other normal meals plus supplements (though I cannot afford these so I am fucked as of now)
That is pretty much the gist of the plan I made, but again, I cannot do it without the funds I do (and never) will be able to afford.

first of all you should be doing cardio AFTER lifting
what i do
wake up
have a 20 to 40g unflavored protein shake without sugar
lift for 2 hours
cardio for 1 hour
eat 40 to 60g unflavored protein shake without sugar
go home and eat one pound of pasta/rice with kale/spinach/oil
have another whey shake about 4 hours later
then another shake before bed
i spend like 5 bucks a day on macros

Do the following:
>Buy whole milk, oats, peanuts/almonds, bananas, eggs, tuna, spinach, kidney beans, olive oil, protein powder, chicken thighs, brown rice
>Wake up, do cardio if desired on empty stomach/after black coffee
>Drink water, make breakfast: 3-4 whole eggs, 80g oats made with whole milk, topped with nuts for texture. A banana too depending on your goals.
>Do whatever. 2-3 hours after breakfast have a banana and a glass of whole milk
>2-3 hours later have lunch: Tuna with spinach salad and kidney beans, topped with olive oil, and a glass of whole milk with that
>Workout an hour or so later
>Post workout have a banana and a protein shake
>2-3 hours later have dinner: 2 chicken thighs + 75g brown rice + spinach (or broccoli). Have with whole milk.
>Before bed; another glass of whole milk with a scoop of protein.
All of that shit is cheap as fuck, good for you, and you can spice it however to change up the flavours. Quantities of food really depends on your goals but the above is intended to make you gain weight. If you train right, the majority will be good weight, and you can cut down on the whole milk when it comes time to cut. Replace with water when that happens.

About 1500 calories total
Lasts me about 3 days.
You can eat it with eggs, noodles, and rice.

Canned soups are also good for a cheap 200 calories in a pinch.

Try:
Buying nuts in bulk
Buying full fat milk
Buy lots of eggs
Buy porridge oats. No need to even cook them if you soak them in water.

Meats:
not chicken breast: cheap meat.

Mutton (really nice when tender), turkey, beef mince,
brisket and shin from cows,
belly, hand and spring from pork
Avoid bacon.

Most cheap meats can be found in the butchers not walmart.
Talk to your butchers about procuring cheap energy-dense meat. At the moment the only people eating obscure parts of animals are ethnics.
Avoid takeaway foods.
Cook using lard.
NO SUPPLMENTS
No confectionary (unless cheap).
Don't forget that meats get reduced before they become out of date.

Shake:
blend nuts, milk and steel cut porridge oats. The go easy on the oats at first. Otherwise yu will get constipation.

Pasta, rice potatoes are all good staples.

Add liberal amounts of salt and spice to food to improve it's taste.

Cook food and keep in tubs. Watch videos and twitch while eating.

When I'm out of the house and really hungry I'll buy a few mcdoubles, throw the buns out the window, and eat the stack of beef.

Feels greasy but it's really filling and only $3-4.

To find the cheapest possible protein you have to check the cheapest stores where you live and calculate it yourself.
I would suggest you take a look at oatmeal since it's usually the cheapest.

Then buy whatever you can afford from this post: Kilocalories are cheap so don't worry about it. Just look at how much proteins you getting for your money.
(And your doctor no fitness expert or he would use grams - like a pro!)
