My gym has a big digital clock on the wall, so I just watch the clock, take a drink, and stretch if necessary, and do my set once my allotted rest time has ended.

usually on my phone because i know how much it pisses gymcels off, especially since i rest for 6-9 minutes at a time.

I just hype myself up for the next set

lie down on the floor and wait for the elephant crushing my ribs to go away

Walk to water fountain, take a drink, walk back and hit the next set.

Depends what you're after, if you want to increase power you have to rest more to recover (3-), if you want mass rest less (30s/1m-3m).

Don't tell anyone but sometimes I breathe after my sets.

I use language learning apps to brush up on German while my timer runs

sit up straight or stand.

Avoid eye contact with others looking down while thinking about life.

How long do you faggots wait in between sets? like 2 minutes?

I wait 1,5 minutes between everything. Maybe a bit more between different exercises when in need of water, I have 10 things to do, 5 sets per one.

I go hit the elliptical for a minute, have a sip of water, wipe off my forehead and get back into it

I sit down and just focus on breathing until I feel like I could go again. I then check my timer to see how long I've rested so I get a better understanding for how long I rest.

Nice broscience. Hypertrophy training relies on volume so if you are decreasing your volume by not resting enough you are limiting your mass gains. That said you probably need to rest much less to lift at max capacity when not doing heavy compounds.
