Fighting game characters might not be a good idea, girls don't play fighters. Getting pussy is much easier if you're dressing up as the girl's shlicking material of the season, so popular anime is the better way to go.

It's also great because all the knowledge you need to portray about the character is that it was your favourite character to play when you were a kid. If you want to look like you know your shit, their backstorys arent complex either.

The 2 best advices are:
Going as a wow charachter is good, they are well known by almost all gamers and if you wasted your childhood on it you wont be exposed as a fucking posser
