Also any one have any tips for bicep growth?
My shoulders have been coming on good since I started. But my biceps barely grow even though I give them a good workout.

Been lifting (on a cut) since August on 5x5 SL. Getting very bored of it though. Thinking of Dumbell rows or Tbar rows instead of pendley.
Ok I guessed. Am I right brain guy?
175 cm, 72 kg, 26 years, been lifting for about a month, but there's a base of farm work underneath it, hence the disproportionate deadlift and the comparatively poor presses.

Impressive after a month if not lying
I have been lifting for a month, but I have also been doing farm work for two decades.

Just body dysmorphia?
How do I determine my one rep max? Cardiofag here about to start lifting. Do I just try to determine the most I can move with good form? Should I do this on a machine or with a bar?
so if I squat 225 for 2x5 and 1x3 because i failed my last set, do I put 225 for 5 on squat? or 225 for 3?
225 for 5. The formula asks for your best set, not your best workout.

Haven't tested my max on sumo deadlift yet, I've just been switching over for the past 3 weeks.
Gonna test my max next week, I can already tell that I'm stronger on sumo than on conventional though.
i lift more than you
i have more wealth than you
i'm smarter than you (knowledge and iq)
My OHP is a joke so far, but at least I hit green legs
StrongLifts 5x5 since June
Oh god damn. A world class athlete posting on Veeky Forums
I stand by my previous statement, even if all that is true
Does one put their 1-rep max? Or number of reps in a 8 or set? This is poorly explained on the website
you can choose the different rep max
Those of you running ss or other programs. Did your squat improve easily to two plates? I hit 90kgs yesterday and damn it felt heavy af.

I'd be there a lot sooner if I didn't overbulk first few months and didn't cut like a retard the following few months. Still very happy with my progress.

I did lift semi-seriously when i was 15-16 but I barely broke intermediate and between now and then I only ever really would pick up lifting for a month or so just to quit again for a few months, so I never really made any gains . Straight up quit for almost 2 years at 18 at started again 5 months ago.

Doing Reg Parks from the sticky for several months, finally unlocked teal man level one. I-I might actually make it someday
That being said, how are you supposed to input your 5 rep squat value if you do ATG? I'm pretty sure my back squat shouldn't technically be that far behind, but that's with me putting in ATG weight. same with front squat
Had a knee injury for a couple months and just haven’t been confident enough to go hard. Sad days
you put in your 5 rep squat value like everyone else.
Kek
hurts to look at
be happy you lift now otherwise youd be unable to walk by early 60s
