it's been my experience that the gym lifestyle is actually kind of lonely
every person I've ever tried to work out with gasses out and gives up after a few weeks
most of the people I see at the gym are working out alone, being friendly with everyone else there but still there by themselves
even the women
just make small talk

walk around like your lats are twice as big as they actually are

make sure you wear a hat and a hoodie inside otherwise no one will know you're hardcore about lifting

You go there with a routine or you waste time. spend time warming up and doing shit to get the blood flowing. watch 5 mins of high test porn on the treadmill. Incline at 15% or more. Start on your routine and take 1-2 hours, be sure to stay hydrated. only check your phone between every other set so autists on Veeky Forums dont notice you.

Most likely you aren't practicing enough and you're not reading the right material so you can't spot your own mistakes when making them.

Honestly, do pickup and actually learn about social interaction. It might take a literal year of practice for you to reach normie levels if you're bad, but once you reach normie levels you can just keep going and leave humanity behind in terms of social skills... Unless you're genuinely an autist.
