Does this look like a solid plan, this is practically what I've been doing for 15ish days. I skipped three days. Essentially I'm doing what bugez said about doing a compound each day. I just don't feel that accomplished when I workout. Is this a solid plan? I really need critique. Also it's in pounds. I wanna progress out of my 340 1rm squat and deadlift

There's your problem. If I only did things when I felt good and full of energy then I'd very rarely get anything done.

It also sounds like you're not on a program and are just choosing to do whatever you feel like which never works for long.

Find something to stand on so you're at the correct height for rack pulls. Plyo box? One of those aerobic steps?

just finished watching season 1 of stranger things and there was some parts I really liked. Overall I enjoy the cinematography more than the show itself. I thought the story-line was creative, however the monologue was incredibly cliche and predictable, to the point I was skipping scenes as I already could predict what was going to come next. What about a bench? If the safeties are crotch level then standing on a bench might make it roughly rack pull height.

Or if your stance is wide enough you could deadlift with the bar on the bench with you straddling it.

Squat / bench (and its accessories) increase with 1 set each week
So week 1 its 3x12, week 2 its 4x12 all the way up to 6x12. Then i'll have a deload.

Do the same thing but add a few kgs
