First time experiencing NYRfags. What will it be like? When I was in uni, the gym was always closed during the winter break.

Equipment being taken and some ground breaking new exercises being discovered

go to a shopping mall and imagine all the people suddenly putting on workout clothes and flooding your gym without a slightest idea how to use anything

It will be awful for around 3 weeks. Wake up early and go before work/school and everything will be fine.

Just go in the morning. None of those useless fucks have the willpower to get out of bed before noon.

Not gonna lie, I always get excited because I get to see a bumch of retards come into the gym and fail miserably at their goals. I love when the fat fucks and skeletons are too intimidated to look at me.

In my gym it's usually the machines and cardio area which are the most heavily targeted by NYRfags.

The actual "gym" area of the gym ( where the lifting happens ) often gets out of this unscathed.

It's not as bad as people make it out to be, usually me and the other gym regulars make bets on who will make it and for how long. I also like to give solid advice and help to the ones that seem to have good genetix.

Those fat fucks will use anything as an excuse to quit. if they can't stand being in the presence of a meathead, they don't deserve to make it. Most of these people just want to lose weight anyways which can be achieved 100% via diet.
