I have real bad training imbalances because I spent years a faggot who didnt train legs or deadlift, but I can bench 355x1 and OHP 225x3 or so? Never went higher.

Deadlift is only 425 and my squat is still (kek) 275

I've never really done any proper lifting desu, just bodyweight exercises and a lot of martial arts, so the gauge I use is how easily I can win a pin down on someone in MMA. I've managed to out-muscle a 6'4 samoan rugby dude before, but I am 5'6 manlet king so the lower centre of gravity might have helped a bit.

What type of strength would you call that kind of ground charge?
