lifting weights usually does the trick

workout 2-3 h a day for fastest results. 1h if you are low test

Any lifts in particular? What's the consensus on stronglifts?

Buy a small blender, pour a cup of oats in blender, soak in a cup or two of milk overnight with a handful of fruit (strawberries, blueberries, banana, ect), dump in a scoop of whey, as soon as you wake up you blend and drink that. Shakes can get bigger if you want. Find a cheap ass dollar store and buy bags of cheap trail mix (1000+ calories) snack on that through the whole day between 3-4 meals. Count your calories, get more than 2500. Workout 4-5 days a week, sleep 8 or more hours every night. Fuck doing cardio until you pack some meat on.

Do GSLP or S.S for 6 months to a year then hop on a PPL or upper-lower.
Also eat like a big boy or you are just wasting time

Eat chicken and pasta and chicken and rice for the rest of your life

Eat 3-4 boiled eggs a day and 25g of protein powder before and after the gym

Go gym at least 5 days a week

If you seen yourself into that, you will make it. Will take you at least a year to get all that into an easy routine

Teenage girls like it but when they are 20s you have to have a chad body. They don't want a skinny bitch that can't protect them

The good thing is you can lean bulk from a good base (skinny)

I was the lightest in my life when i was the strongest.
Did bjj and took oral anabolics that may have been roids. I hope not because i want my natty card but it was marketed as a supplement. i was shredded and insanely strong with limitless energy.

My lifts werent huge but they were decent. 2pl8 bench and i weighed 138 when i cut for tournaments. Walked around 145 and came in at 160.

How do you guys explain this?

Also i ate ridiculous amounts of food mostly chicken and good grains.

Lift 5 times a week and eat 4 times a day until near throwing up, do cardio for more appetite, i am you from 8 months in the future

How tall are you? I'm 5'7 and at most have done 135 to 150. How would you not get tired after the first couple matches?

If I go with ss how much weight should I aim to add on each workout? 5 lbs? Or should I just experiment?

This. Do it AT LEAST to a 2 pl8 squat 3 pl8 dead which should come fast. Build a decent foundation and then move to other shit if you want to look cute

Anyway it's 5lbs for bench and press, 10lbs for squat and deads.

Squats will get stuck first because you're adding 30lbs/week. When that happens reduce weight by 10% and resume, but with 5lb increases.

Oh and 10lbs for cleans

I use Stronglifts 5x5... I love it.
