There are foods with more calories both per volume and per weight. Chicken breasts, for instance, will give you more than 2kcal per gram.

Most people are not lanklets, however, so most diets you see around will be focused on not eating too much, rather than eating enough. If you must, space out your meals throughout the day and have more meals.

I do this plus GOMAD. Eat some beef or pork with veggies for dinner and finish with a shake heavy on the PB and coconut oil. 5000 calories per day and only one actual meal

it honestly takes training to eat more, you just have to push through it. After a few weeks your body starts to crave those extra meals and it's easy to do then.


Don't go to bed past 1a.m and don't sleep until 9a.m

you take that 2x per day, then a breakfast, (egg, beans, sausage, bread) will be around 800-1000kcals. now you got around 2200 kcals just from food,

Snack on nuts and seeds between your meals. 100g of seeds is around 500 kcals, depending on type.
