I dont follow any made program i just pick some exercises,do them for a kontu or two and switch
I really focus on mind muscle connection and optimal TuT
Rather than track weight on a bar i try to improve my ability to work the muscle
I still do some heavy work ,but not as much.
Also what was very helpful was AMraps per 30 minutes
I just pick two antagonist like bench and rows and ill try to do 100 reps in 30 minutes. 100kg bench for 100 reps was the most challenging so far

I tend to be lower energy / lower activity in winter, so I actually use this time to reduce intake and cut more, whereas every time summer rolls around I just want to eat big and lift big all the time.

Yeah I had an ass tumor that left me unable to squat and dead, so I am weak there. I can squat again, so I’m currently at 315lbs ass to grass.
I’m not deadlifting yet, but I’m just on rack pulls. I can do 7pl8.
