What I find pathetic is how light skinny people bench and they do their reps super fast and have their sets done too quick

They don't even try to use a heavy weight they struggle on, a lot of the south Asians do this at my gym, they seem to wear hoodies and stink of their normal deodorant smell and nasty sweat

If it feels easy you're doing it wrong. If doing a curl for example you should feel it almost exclusively in your biceps and they should be screaming by the end. If the last rep of your sets isn't failure or borderline failure then you did it wrong.

As for how to learn form for particular exercises? Google and youtube.

Lol, no. Don't listen to these smegma infested lil' soyboys. Would you rather have the ability to do 30 sit-ups in a row? or would you rather be able to lift a fucking atlas stone? I presume the latter - Nr.1 Bulk-fuel for Protein, Vitamin-D and low cost efficiency is Milk. Half a gallon a day will get you going, also, it's good for your bone structure, so your skinny bones won't snap when performing them heavy compound lifts. Do this, and do some exercise while bulking up, since you start skinny and gradually beef up, i would recommend doing push-ups and pull-ups. and mix in some 5x5 deadlifts & squats, gradually moving over to weight exercises. you can stick with 5x5 for a while, you'll see results quick, but eventually will reach a plateaue, that's when you got to improvise, shock the muscle, stop watching porn, increase your onion consumption.
