I'm not a carnivore per se but I'm trying keto and the easiest easy is to eat mostly meat. I had a salad today with steak and avo and i eat nuts but primarily i eat fatty meat. Only about a week in and i have no energy but also no cravings for carbs.

I heard it takes about 21 days to get your body to turn on the genes to enter keto, until then you won't have a lot of energy.

from personal experience, you gotta drink way more water than just being satied of thirst if you're gonna have high fiber intake

I was having 80g fiber intake daily at 2300kcals(plenty veggies and grains) and I was drinking a lot of water too and had nice shits, once or twice per day.

there was one time though where I was eating like 40g and having constipation due to lack of water
