r8 my variant of Candito LP
Lifting for 6 months with no emphasis on LP, looking to drive numbers up while having a hypertrophy focus also

Monday: Heavy Upper Day
Bench Press 3x6
Barbell Rows 3x6
OHP 1x6
Dumbbell Rows 1x6
Lateral Raises (superset w/50%) 3x12
Barbell Curl 3x12

Tuesday: Heavy Upper Day:
Squats 3x6
Deadlift 2x6
Hamstring Leg Curl 3x12
Leg Curl 3x12

Wednesday:
Cardio + Wrists

Thursday: Volume Upper Day
Bench Press 4x8
Incline Bench Press 4x8
Barbell Rows 4x8
Dumbbell Rows 4x8
OHP 3x10
Barbell Curl 3x10
Lateral Raises (superset w/50%) 4x12
Bent-Over Lateral Raise 4x12

Friday: Volume Lower Day
Squat 5x8
Romanian Deadlift 3x8
Hamstring Curl 3x12
Calf Raise 5x15
Front Squats 4x8
Leg Curl 4x12

Saturday: Wrists + Cardio

Sunday: Rest

for the main lifts such as Flat Bench Press, OHP, Squat, Deadlift, and Rows I use a "ramp up set" template before doing my working weight. It's basically a warm up that goes like

>10 reps @ 50% of Working Weight
>8 reps @ 60%
>6 reps @ 70%
>4 reps @ 80%
>2 reps @ 90%
>1 rep @ 105%

the final warm up set for this would be 225 x 1.05 for 1 rep, which would be more or less 235 pounds

working weight is never ur max, it's 70-80%
