what does your morning look like?

It's 1:30pm here so it probably looks like feces. Why do you put Tabasco in your oats user?

Who else here actually makes a decent breakfast?

Pretty much like yours but replace the eggs and oats with a french press and coffee mug.

Literally have the same computer open with Veeky Forums on the left and a movie of the right.

I just boil some eggs every few days and grab a few out the fridge. I normally have a black coffee when I get to work around 6:30 and that's me through until 12:00.

that sounds pretty dope user, mines pretty good too tho. oatmeal, 4 egg omelette & a bowl of peanuts

Normally: 4 eggs (1 or 2 yolks), 20oz water, 1slice whole grain nutbread, 1 banana

Yesterday and Today: 1.5 cups of raisin bran (no sugar), 1 cup milk, 1 banana. (Done a lot of evening cooking recently and haven't felt like it the past couple of mornings)


Get to work: 2 cups of coffee with cream.

Sometimes I get lucky and make eggs over easy. That is, if the 4 yolks don't break when I crack the eggs in the pan and if I successfully flip them.

>eat a banana
> go lift 5 am
> come home 7 am
>eat 1 pizza, 1.5 liter yoghurt, pepsi and some oat meal.
>let bulk meal settle.
> cardio on my elliptical for 30 min

can any of you fags beat that.

W-what am I looking at?

5:00 - mix and drink pre-workout
5:30 - feed dog and start lifting
7:00 - get on stationary bike for hiit
7:30 - drink shake / eat breakfast
8:20 - go to work

I wanted a breakfast caserole thing but you have to make a whole pan full for the eggs to not go derpy. The whites infiltrate all the hash and shit. Potatoes take too long to cook though.
