I made decent strength gains, mostly because of how slow and steady the progress is. The default template has shit for volume though. It's getting popular now because of how easy it is, generally not the mark of a great program

Find a more challenging template if you're gonna do it

Every day for breakfast I eat 2 scoops of whey, two scoops of moringa (a super food veggie powder that gets your veggies and vitamins in) and a cup of oats. Every day for dinner I eat a cup of quinoa, lean chicken, kale, spinach, almonds, and a half can of black beans. Lunch I just eat whatever. I don’t own a car so to get to work I have to bike 5 miles a day. Afterwards I spend 30 minutes in the gym 6 days a week, (chest back legs chest back legs yoga, for a seven day schedule.)

Just eat a little more? Double the oats and try to get an egg or two in as well. Consider going to the gym less. 6 times a week for a non professional is a waste of time. You can take at least another day off and still get great results.
