3x15 heavy squats with super set till failure with 135lbs. I squat once a week but I separate my leg day into two, one hamstring + glute day and quad + calves day. Doing legs once a week isn't enough to hit everything

honestly soft asses are incredible. Plunging two hands into a jiggly ass and spreading it wide open is about the hottest thing you could ever do.
Set of 20 for the weight I used during my 1st working set. It really fucks my shit up.
used to push out heaviest squats possible for like 5 sets of 5, twice a week. Part of the reason why is because i'm genetically gifted in the leg department. Since then I've started focusing more on upper body and just doing 4x8 front squats once a week + accessories.
