I'm 13 (almost 14) and I weigh like 200 pounds. I'm 5'10 and strong but walking or running is not a option (bad foot) what can I do to lose weight.

Eat smaller portions, ask your mom to cook healthier foods with less calories.

Avoid soda, candies and junk food in general.

I'm about the same way. I'm 14. I went from 183 to 145 in 4 months by just eating 1000 to 1500 calories a day. Try that. You should see results quickly. Luckily for you though, you're a little taller than me.

Swimming is also a great zero-impact exercise that won't cause you any problems with your foot.

But good eating habits is the key to successful weight loss.
