One of my favorite hanging leg raise variations should suit you. Simply pull yourself up until your arms form a right angle and then pull your knees up to your elbows. Very good lat, ab, bi exercise.


But really the adonis belt is formed by obliques and you should target them with a twisting motion like the cable twist or the landmine twist if you want to grow them.

I was doing Hanging Leg Raises for moderate reps (6-10) when bulking and my obliques started to look weird. Then I switch to high reps abs training and my abs look much better.

Train abs and lose body fat, depending on where your body stores fat it may take a low bf% than someone else. EG in my case that is defined at like 20% bf but I had a black girl booty.
