I didn't see any results for the first 3 months, then after 6 months I was finally looking good, but it was apparent it would be 1-2 years before my goals were met. Post again in 1-2 years.

Let me guess you want to look shredded and have abs but dont want to look big or bulky ? The problem is when you cut in your case you will look even skinnier and still no abs. If you want a visible abs and good physiqe , work on your strenght and form + focus on your diet , eat on a slight sirplus , get the muscle under that skin then shred it.

Guys, do you think i should check my diet? I went to a nutrition specialist who told me I should eat the following:
-for breakfast and supper: cereals (no sugar added), fruit and skim milk or yogurt
-for dinner and lunch: meat (it should be the size of my palm) and the rest of the plate vegetables (usually tomatoes, lettuce and carrots)
None to be seen externally, how's the weight lift max? That should increase very quickly if you do it right. Like, when I did it right, I went from 20 to 100 in three or so months. Then again, it was back, not chest. Pretty decent though.
