How 2 fix runners knee in one month?

Dynamic and static stretching?
I had a knee that was giving me pain b/c of muscular imbalance and tightness in my hammies. Now I stretch after leg day on other days and my knee doesn't bother me.

How can I stop being such a sensitive beta bitch who gets jealous of everyone?
Whenever my female friends talk about their sexual experiences, it makes me sad even though I have a gf anyway

im working on the recipe for making it

i read and listen to audiotapes all day on self improvement, i want to boil it down and help people making it. I hope some day it can live off it but i want to be very sincere and with integrity. Im not interested in scamming people to make money

If you think you are/will become the best only because you lift, you are wrong.
Yeah going to gym helps you improve your physique and your Total energy and many other benefits but does going to gym improve your personality/mental health? give you intelligence or creativity gains? make you a loved person? give a stable high income?
>Inb4 Bitcoin or other shitty crypto currency
Stable doesn't mean a currency that goes down by 50% in a moment. Also Where's your Bitcoin money lambo/mansion?

Standing out of the crowd as the best is only for the strong and the capable. You can live in comfort and only be considered just a person like everyone else or you can sacrifice your comfort and even yourself to be the best.

You want tips on how to be successful? You learn these from experience and failure.

>making

>listening to

>What's one goal you have for 2018 and why aren't you starting it today?
Running a marathon. I'm up to 16 consecutive miles twice per week. I've already ran them today :^)

whats your 2018 reading list

>fighting game ost
have a favorite of mine
youtube.com/watch?v=GV9vppFysI0

What was on your 2017 reading list, and what's on your 2018 one?

Mine was:
J: Descent of Angels, The World According to Star Wars
F: Legion
M: Grit
A: The Battle for the Abyss
M: Nudge
J: Mechanicum
J: A Man Called Ove
A: The Pale King
S: Fallen Angels
O: A Thousand Sons
N: The Last Wish
D: Nemesis, Impeachment.

I read lots of easy fiction during the school year b/c after reading law texts all day reading intellectually stimulating stuff is difficult to retain.

For 2018 I've got:

1. Impeachment (assuming I don't finish it before the year is up).
2. Rich Dad Poor Dad
3. The First Heretic
4. Play Anything
5. Blood of Elves
6. Thinking Fast and Slow
7. Path of the Eldar
8. Last Chance to See
9. Eye of the World
10. Sapiens
11. 12 Rules for Life
12. The Sirens of Titan
13. Discipline Equals Freedom
14. Frogs of War
15. The Happiness Hypothesis
16. Good Omens
17. Dark Imperium
18. In the Shadow of the Star

As you can probably tell I'm a fi/tg/uy tearing through the Horus Heresy series. Despite much of it being crap, it's easy pulp sci-fi to read for an hour at night to unwind.

2018 list is pic related. Still tweaking it though.

2017:
Mythology - Edith Hamilton
Iliad / Odyssey - Homer
The Lays for Rome - Thomas Babington Macaulay
Meditations - Marcus Aurelius
The Prose + Poetic Edda - Snorri Sturluson
Beowulf
Gilgamesh
Anna Karenina - Leo Tolstoy
Crime and Punishment - Fyodor Dostoevsky
Collected Works and Essays of John Locke
Wolf Hall - Hilary Mantel
The Stranger - Albert Camus
All Quiet on the Western Front - Erich Maria Remarque
The Forgotten Soldier - Guy Sajer

Any one else trying for 52 books in 52 weeks in 2018?

I didn't know Norway still had that. I know Sweden got rid of that in 2012 I think. Good luck man

How do you guys build your reading lists? Do you have a goal of books per week? thank you!

>spot qt in class
>try to see if she looks over at your then smile if you make eye contact
>notice where she heads after class

Now when it comes to having a conversation it just depends where the conversation goes. I would start out with what they think about the class and what there other classes are and how they are going etc.
Good luck

Doing better socially next semester. I need a fucking girlfriend, an actual nice girl and not some Tinder thot. If it means creeping out any girl who sits next to me in a class by forcing conversation, so be it. I can't bear to just not speak to anyone after the first week of class again. Makes me feel isolated.

How did you like Anna Karenina?
Eager to get into Tolstoy and was told to start with this as it's more interesting than his other books.

Not that guy but it's great. I was worried it was going to be soap opera shit but the characters were probably the best-developed I've seen in any story. There are two simultaneous arcs with different morals behind them.

Any suggestions for self-improvement themed gifts? Unsure what to ask for for Christmas.

Autobiography of Benjamin is good. Reading it now. Federalist Papers are really insightful. John Jay, James Madison and Hamilton is a trio.

Just don't drink any pop, brush twice daily (mirming and night), floss then finish the rest of the mouth jews with mouthwash
Use a soft bristle brush and don't brush to hard because it wears away your teeths natural protections, same with whitening stips
It's also a good idea to floss after every meal but let's be honest who the fuck got time for that

One of my goals for 2018 is to develop a massive college social circle so I can have an automated steady stream of hot, fuckable women.
It's going pretty shit so far.

Make sure to get one with a replaceable circular head that oscillates instead of ones that move back and forth try get some cheap ones I use a normal brush cause I'm a cheap fag, gotta pay off those loans
but brushing with electric toothbrushes is a whole different beast all together instead of you physically moving the brush just keep it on a tooth for a few seconds and move on to the next one

I'm this user. Honestly the way I make my reading list is just that I've just written down books I've heard mentioned by friends or podcasters or that are later in the series I'm reading (see the Horus Heresy and Witcher books) and just add them to an Amazon wishlist entitled "Reading List" and buy three or four at a time and don't buy more until I've read whatever I have.
My goal is to read at least 12 books a year, one a month, since most books shouldn't take you more than a month to read if you put in a solid effort to read every day.

I understand and appreciate the Greco-Roman classics for what they are, but at this point in my life I'm not interested in them. I've read Meditations twice at different points in my life, read various excerpts of the other classics at times, and while excerpts don't make up for the whole thing I have made the conscious decision that other reading would serve me better at this time.

But I strongly agree with what said about mixing fiction and nonfiction.
Also I've read the Hobbit, LotR, and the Silmarillion, as well as all seven Chronicles of Narnia, as well as other essays by CS Lewis, and Asimov, Dune, and Neuromancer, so I feel I have a good enough foundation of fantasy and sci-fi that I can comfortably move on to whatever I want from there.
Plus Sapkowski's Witcher series (vidya aside) is a great sword and sorcery series that is more about story telling and the worldbuilding follows.
