Nah if anything it's better now. Filling out my core has helped a lot, but it'll never be completely taut. Maybe when I'm old as fuck it'll get worse, but for now it's not too bad.

i've literally seen more results from 2 months of lifting than your 1 year of calisthenics. waste of fucking time if you're doing this to look better.

I've priced it out and it's about $10k. Apart from the price, there's also the issue that it'd be almost 3 months for a full recovery. If I did it in the winter, that'd be no snowboarding + rock climbing all winter. Plus, no guarantee that I wouldn't find some new part of my body to obsess over and fantasize about fixing. I'm honestly pretty happy with myself now, with a shirt on you can't see shit.

Now I'm about 61,3kg / 135,1434lbs

Training to ABCDE, only skipped one day since the day I started.

Eating is my problem I just can not eat too much, but diet is partially good, on the first two months my metabolism went sky high, fastest than bullet. Now I got under control. Last month I started taking monohydrated creatin and two weeks ago some whey protein 3 times a week. Sometimes I drink and smoke (a lot) and that's it.


Now my questions:

Am I doing fine? Its a good evolution? What should I do to improve my evolution? When am I supposed to change my training?
