You don't want to fuck your knees. Try conditioning instead, like farmers walks, sled push, sandbag carry, tire flips, etc. Focus on lifting and gaining muscle.
It IS possible as a fat noobie, despite what fit says. I was stronk after cutting 50lbs. I'm 110lbs down now and while not as strong, at least have some muscle definition.

I'm so mad at myaelf, I was down to 200lbs from a max of 380. Over the last year I let myself creep back up to 250lbs. I'm back on the cut as of Monday and for some reason it's alot harder this time around. The cravings are almost overwhelming, went to the movies last night and the smell of popcorn all around me almost made me loose my shit, I did manage to control myself but the temptation was so hard to resist.

Is it normal that when you're on last stretch and losing the last bits of fat, the fat feels "looser" somehow? For example my lower belly, I noticed it became "softer" yet smaller.

Not really talking about stretched skin btw, never had a huge gut to begin with.

Saw star wars last night with a couple friends. Ate 12 ferrero chocolates, a medium popcorn, a hotdog, nachos, and a bag of chips all on top of about 1000 calories I had already eaten that day. Weighted myself this morning and was like 5lbs heavier. Most of it's probably all the shit in my gut plus all the salty water weight but I definitely might be like a pound of fat heavier. back to the work week today so I'll be working phys labor for 8 hours a day and back to losing weight. My current goal is to stop over eating on my 2 days off in the week. This is the second time in a row and it's impacting my mental and physical gains.

Ive initially lost like 30kg a couple years ago, tried to escape skinny fat mode, while working out, cutting down, but it never really happened.
Even when i was 60kg at 180cm. read that part again.

I don't know about test but hot foods do burn calories at a miniscule amount. You would be better off not eating them for the calories burned but if you like spicy foods go for it. It barely helps.

Hey guys serious question here. I want to get drunk on some whiskey tonight. How does this affect my fast? I've been eating at around 6 pm everyday, all pretty sparse meals ( 1 chicken breast or so). Is it possible to get a good buzz and keep losing weight?

I've been doing keto for weeks, I get drunk probably twice a week on vodka and diet soda. Still losing weight and making gainz. Obviously I could be doing better if I abstained, but I'm happy with the rate of my progress. Plus I need to blow off steam to stay sane since I work 14 hour days

Get the bottled stuff. Oi icho or whatever. Really easy. Just green tea and vitamin c. Chug it chilled. Easy to drink 500ml to a liter a day.

I recommend vodka, as it is the cleanest liquor. Any dark or brown liqours can fuck you harder because of tannins, and some clear liquours can too like tequila or white rum because they are distilled from sugary sources and sugars are left over. I recommend vodka and diet soda, or vodka and soda water and lime juice if you don't like the articifically sweetened Jew. Never drink beer, it is liquid fat rolls. Wine can be bad too, but I typically still have one small glass of red wine a night as studies have shown its good for you. Also helps me fall asleep instantly.

I've been missing my macros and undereating for the past couple days and can't find energy to work out.

Agree. 6'5" skinnyfat here. Did a marathon last year, and didn't lose a single pound in training. It's impossible not to eat when you're running a longer distance each week for 18 weeks.

I've gained 4kg in the last month, this needs to stop.

Been attempting to 24 hour fast for the past 2 months.

Have been doing OMAD instead due to a lack of willpower and an overwhelming sensation of hunger after lifting, such that I would eat the door off of my fridge to get to the contents within.

Try to improve my mental fortitude by driving to the resturaunt of my choice, then flipping a coin. Heads I do an hour of cardio and fast, tails I get my double steak burrito from chipotle and lift in 2 hours.

3 days burrito and lifting in a row.

Part own a late night pizza shop, and my hours are during the most challenging part of both fasting, and OMAD, when I am at my hungrier.

At first the fasting and OMAD shrunk my stomache, but now if I'm having a cheat day, or a particularly big OMAD, I can put away more food than I ever could have dreamed.

Went to the casino with my business partner and our ladies (resturaunt owners) to try a resturaunt, and see some menu items we want to try to see if they are fit for our menu.

Order three appetizers, our entrees, and I get a baked potato on the side.

They barely touched the appetizers, and after it was all said and done, I ate a massive porterhouse, a baked potato, like 4 pieces of cornbread, an order of roasted asparagus, a baked potato, most of an order of wings, most of an order of fried green tomatoes, a Moscow mule, and a slice of cheesecake.

Walked comfortably through the casino and played a game of poker, feeling as though I had eaten a fucking chicken wrap or something.

My biggest issue is that I was staving my hunger very well, eating around 900 calories a day if I wasn't fasting, losing weight like crazy, but now after I lift, I'm starving, though I'm up around 1300 calories a day now, my fat loss is continuing but it's getting harder with each passing day, as I'm constantly sore, hungry beyond reason, and surrounded by free food.
