bench is 245. will be switching to dips since i am a gde and i dont even like bench. i did 8x8 dips with 1lmaopl8 the other day.
squat now is 355, i should hit 405 by spring time since it's my focus atm.
dl i hit 405 during the summer but ive just been doing rdls here and there. my squat will probably get stronger than my dl soon.
and my ohp is garbo, ive started doing shoulder pressing 3x a week, so hoping it will progress.
i am a 5'8 manlet at 178 lbs, will cut when i hit 4pl8 squat desu.

Thx brah. Key is to really make it a main lift and start your day with it. And to accept that some weight jumps might have been too early when you start using too much momentum.
Here's a bsckshot of my bloated back 2 weeks ago

II have had an injured lowerback this year so i trained the hardest on my pressing movements lmao
mirin
Havent done a single dip in the last 2 years cuz of shoulder injury (also the reason why I dont bench press). Don't ask me why OHP is fine, i'm just a meathead
OHP 5x5, back off sets slow controlled eccentric
10-12 set of triceps pushdowns, going heavy (7-8 reps, go for 4-5 last few sets)
Also I do it with a bar that allows neutral grip, kind of like hammer curls. Works the long head which is the biggest of them. Thats it
